  • The day of the wedding all you need to do is show up with your rings and get married!

Where are your ceremonies held?
Our team is available throughout most of Florida beaches, but we are not limited to the beach. We can go to your home, AirBNB, or your hotel as well. Contact us for details! Parking fees are not included with your package. You will be responsible for any parking fees.

What's included with the photography?

The photographer will start taking photos when the ceremony starts followed by a couples session around the beach. It includes up to one hour of his/her time including the ceremony. The couple will receive all their edited high resolution digital photos (approximately 50+ photos) with a print release via a download link approximately four weeks later.

What times do you perform beach ceremonies?

We prefer to start no earlier than an hour or two before the sun sets when it's less bright and there is less people on the beach. To find out what time the sun sets, just do a "Google" search with your preferred wedding date, followed by the phrase "(Preferred city) beach sunset" and google should give you the sunset time. We can also plan sunrise weddings upon request. If you have a preferred time of day, we will work with you to accommodate your start time.

Are travel, transportation, and/or accommodations included?

No. We only provide the actual ceremony service but we can make recommendations of our preferred accommodations and transportation services.

Is there a place to change into my gown?

You need to arrive dressed and ready to start. There is a restroom located onsite for your convenience. If you are staying at a local hotel, you could ask if they provide a "Day Room" for your use.

Which packages allows guests?
Guests are always welcome, but for weddings with no chairs we ask you to limit the number of standing guests due to beach regulations. Microweddings have plenty of chair options.

Is seating available for guests available?

You may add guest seating to the package. Contact us for details.

Are decorations, like an arch, included?
You can include an arch with any package but it is not required.

Do you have reception packages?
We can assist with day of coordination/decoration services to plan your celebration and we can help you get in contact with our preferred vendors to plan your reception or give great local recommendations for restaurants that have large group spaces for wedding dinners.

What happens if it rains?
We just wait for the rain to move away to proceed with the ceremony because there is no back-up location on the beach. You can opt to utilize a room at our preferred vendor Hotel for an additional fee (subject to availability).

What happens in case of a hurricane?
We will try to move your ceremony date to accommodate your party the best we can. If your wedding is scheduled during Hurricane season (June-November), we strongly suggest you purchase wedding cancellation insurance. Wedding cancellation insurance is inexpensive (from $130) and offers protection if you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding in case of severe weather, a sudden illness, and other extreme circumstances out of your control. We prefer Eventsured as a reliable option in case of travel or weather related issues.

However, we will communicate via phone and email, as many times as you need us, to make sure all the details are taken care of the day of your ceremony. In addition, the day of your ceremony, the coordinator will send you a text, so that you can contact her on her cell phone if you need to talk to us right away.
